If the body mass index than body mass index, then the formula is:
Weight (kg) * 704.7 / height ^ 2 (in inches)
A normal BMI is under 25 A BMI 25 to 29.9 is overweight. A BMI over 30 is considered obese.
This is only a general rule, and can sometimes be misleading, because muscles are heavier than fat ... Sense, many bodybuilders and strength athletes are almost always classified as overweight or obese.
