I have a screen 19 "plasma in a good condition and may be affixed to a scratch on the upper left as an HP Pavilion N, is an approximately 2 years What do I ask? (By the way Zero slight but significant)

They do not make plasma screens smaller than 32 ". If you have a 19" monitor is not possible, a plasma display. Plasma screens suffer burn in case of a static image is on them for a longer period, they makeing a bad choice for computer monitors display.
So I do not think that will not help .. Problem is that if you fall a little bit not even once gone to fix
