Are cable companies in Ontario, Canada / GTA to me in HD without the HD decoder can see, because my own HD tuner on my TV. I live in Toronto and want a provider without cable HD box.

Do you have phoned and asked one of them? If your TV has a tuner should be able to staple foods, to enter into a box. The tuner must deal with the time of decoding. But we tend to get the short end of the bar here, so I could see and hold companies join, so be it. Should not be so, but the CRTC is run by unqualified persons, so that consumers abused in many ways.
It is not that they pay the vendor, but (Rogers) will need to pit, so they are not similar. Satellite and IPTV needs a box at all. If you want programming special cable that has to give and maintain your system.
Since you are in Toronto you can get an antenna and pull in dozens of digital HD channels in Toronto and Buffalo, because only the cost of the equipment.
