Maybe try http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ - I think they are in the United Kingdom. Cycling is very big in Europe, so you should be able to dealers here. http://www.bestwebbuys.com/bikes/ is a decent search tool for U.S. companies, but we need to consider whether they are sent abroad.
